This course is designed to guide the participants throughout the process of action research for practitioners in a variety of professional settings. This process includes the initial stages of developing a researchable question to the presentation of research findings and implications for practice. Students will develop and implement a research project related to questions they have about their professional practice and participate as members of research groups. A major emphasis in the course will be to help students to reflect on the evolution of their own identity as a practitioner-researcher.
